How I Measure, I measure all of the garments flat

• SHOULDERS: Shoulder seam to shoulder seam
  
• BUST: Underarm seam to underarm seam
• SLEEVE LENGTH: Shoulder seam to cuff
• WAIST: 6-8 inches from underarm seam
• HIPS: 8-9 inches from waist/ 14-16 inches from underarm, at the fullest part of hip

I strongly suggest that you measure one of your own garments and compare to the one you are looking to purchase for a perfect fit.
